I would see the words standing out as if they were lit up on vehicles, buildings, bulletin boards, t-shirts, and all kinds of places

I would see them in stores, in hallways where I worked, on signs as I was driving—you name it.

I was also becoming aware that the Lord had given me these words to inspire me to use my life’s story and that we need to Believe in Him.

GOD GAVE ME A MESSAGE TO:

Believe in Him

Slide 1

God knew I’d always looked for love, but because I had been put down and hurt so heavily over the years, I couldn’t believe I would ever find true Love.

He also gave me the word Love, so that I would begin to believe that true Love really does exist!

GOD GAVE ME A MESSAGE THAT:

Love is Real

Slide 1

I began to see the word Dream in the same ways I had been seeing love and believe. It was as if He was saying: It’s never too late to Dream. In fact, He wants me to Dream big!
What God can do is always so wonderful and special—as He says in Ephesians 3:20, He can do “…more than we could ever ask or imagine.”

GOD GAVE ME A MESSAGE TO:

Dream Big

Starting 15 years ago, as I was learning to lean on God, I started to see the same certain words repeated over and over:

Believe, Love and Dream

A Story Of Hope, Faith, Courage, Persistence, and Love For God

Losing her mother at 15, Analee’s life changed dramatically. Thrust into a manipulative, controlling, and abusive environment, Analee’s childhood dreams were shattered, and her future was stolen by those who’d promised to love and protect her.

“This is what’s best for you,” her grandfather said. “You will marry the man we’ve chosen.”

Forced into a loveless marriage at 18, Analee, like her mother before her, tried to make the most of the brutal situation, conforming to the will of her husband and his family through years of suffering and abuse. The neglect of her husband and the growing vitriol of his family towards her took a terrible toll on Analee, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel.

Recalling her mother’s faith, Analee turned to Jesus—to survive.

"… he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away. He who sits on the throne says, ‘Behold I make all things new.’” (Rev. 21:4-5)

Analee’s story is one of faith’s triumph over tragedy, the sufficiency of God’s grace and strength in our weakness, and the discovery of the overwhelmingly tender love of our God. When Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith enters in, tragedy, grief, and brokenness will not have the last word.

Today, remarried and enjoying a happy and stable marriage and home, Analee embraces the legacy of her mother Alma, following in her footsteps, ministering love, hope and encouragement to others.

My goal is to help women, children and anyone find healing and freedom. Ultimately, this is my heart's mission and my mother's legacy to carry forward. For years I have envisioned myself as a bridge for those who've been through similar heartaches and hardships. Today, I am able to combine my language and translation skills with my love for the Hispanic kitchen and food to minister to others. These activities can be therapeutic, helping others find freedom and healing from their past. As Jesus was often found sitting down and dining with those who were considered "the lost," and welcoming those who were considered "the least."

I've been able to partner with local charities and charitable organizations, bringing my love for baking and cooking to a widening audience, sharing my skills, but more importantly, sharing the love of God with people who desperately need HIS embrace and HIS LOVE.
